🗑️ Garbage and Recycling Section for Tenants:
A new section has been added under tenant information to manage garbage and recycling details for tenants, improving organization and clarity.
📞 Contact Us Button:
A new "Contact Us" button has been added, allowing users to easily reach out for support or inquiries.
🏠 Invite Renter Enhancements:
Generate 1st and Last Month Rent Invoices: When adding a renter, users are now prompted to choose whether they need to generate the 1st and last month rent invoices.
Improved Tenant and Co-Tenant Addition: Enhanced functionality for adding tenants and co-tenants to improve the workflow.
Increased Popup Size: The popup window for adding tenants has been resized for better screen space utilization.
💳 QuickBooks Integration via Railz:
QuickBooks users will now see the updated "Railz" integration, with an indication of whether it is already connected or not.
🏡 Property Management Enhancements:
Removed In-House Task Section: The in-house task section has been removed from the property addition process.
Untask for Moving Out Tenants: Homeowners can now untask tenants who have marked themselves as moving out, allowing for better task management.
Invoice Adjustments on Move-Out: When a tenant is marked as moving out soon or already moved out, existing invoices (both one-time and recurring) are checked and adjusted automatically (cancelling recurring or deleting problematic invoices).
🏠 Property Listing Improvements:
Hide Bedrooms Section for Commercial Properties: The bedrooms section is now hidden when adding a commercial property.
Conditional Listing Display: Listings will be shown conditionally based on specific criteria set by the user.
📅 Invoices for Moved-Out Tenants:
Fixed the issue where invoices were still being created for tenants who had already moved out.
🔄 Footer in Shared Assignment Link:
Fixed an issue where the footer in the shared assignment link was displaying incorrectly.
