New Improvements

1. Added pagination to Homeowner Report History.

2. Added the ability to assign an owner at the building level, which automatically applies to individual properties within the building.

4. Tenant Move-Out Improvements

   • Added the requested move-out date to the application page so admins and landlords can clearly view both the current move-out date and the requested date.

   • Added the ability to remove recurring invoices and other related items when an admin approves a tenant move-out, consistent with an admin-initiated move-out.

   • Removed the image size limit and added automatic image compression.

   • Fixed an issue where saving a report did not return the user to the Inspection page.

   • Fixed an issue where in-progress reports were displaying a PDF.

   • Added multi-select functionality to the Report filter.

   • Fixed property types displaying in lowercase with underscores under the selected property.

   • Fixed an issue where clicking Back after opening an inspection report redirected to All Properties.

   • Added a preview feature to the Guided Checklist.

   • Removed the Back and Finish buttons after completing the report.

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed an issue where the Rent Increase dashboard card displayed multiple rows for a single tenant.

2. Fixed an issue where deleting a bank account did not remove it as the default account.

3. Fixed an issue where the Rent Increase CSV export returned an empty or corrupted file.

2. Invoice Payment Improvements

   • Tenants can now pay custom amounts and make multiple payments through ZUM Interac and ZUM EFT.

   • If a payment is pending, tenants can only pay the remaining balance.

   • Added payment details such as initiated date, payer, amount, transaction ID, and other relevant information for processing and Interac-requested payments on the View Invoice page.

   • Added the ability for tenants to update their first and last name when paying through ZUM Interac.

3. Added error logging for ZUM Rails when transaction creation fails.

4. Added a daily job to retry creating the second transaction when it was not created due to issues such as insufficient wallet balance.

5. Added logging to track whether a transaction was created through AutoPay.

6. Fixed property sorting in the Outstanding Balance Report.

7. Expense Improvements

   • Fixed an issue where the total amount was not updated when markup was added while creating an invoice for a homeowner or renter.

   • When the first homeowner or renter is selected, the full available amount is now automatically populated.

   • Added the markup-inclusive amount to the Transactions page.

8. Added the ability to search for properties by unit number using Global Search.
