🚀 What's New

  • Checklist cards on dashboard: You can now quickly see pending actions at a glance, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Improved

  • Tenant onboarding tracking: Updated the onboarding URL to improve tracking and visibility.

  • Sidebar cleanup:

    • Listings now live under Properties, making navigation more intuitive.

    • Applications restructure: Tenant Applications moved under Applications, with Rent Increase added alongside it for better grouping.

    • Maintenance rename: “Maintenance Requests” is now simply Maintenance — cleaner and easier to scan.

    • Dashboard rename: “Admin Dashboard” is now just Dashboard.

    • Navbar redesign: Even in collapsed view, navigation items are now clearer and easier to recognize.

Homeowner Report Improvements

  • Added sorting by Street Address and Street Number (ascending/descending) for the Address column.

  • Introduced a single-page contact overview bringing all related information into one place

  • View and manage properties, applications, documents, maintenance, tasks, invoices, and activity without navigating away

  • Each section now includes an Actions dropdown, allowing quick operations directly from the contact page

  • properties, applications, documents, maintenance, tasks and invoices can now be modified and created directly from the contact, eliminating the need to switch between modules

  • Added Send Custom Email option directly from the contact profile

  • Updated User and Contact view/edit flows with a modern drawer slider, allowing seamless interaction without leaving the current context

  • Improved overall UI and layout to reduce tab switching—everything is now accessible within Contacts

Made the maintenance request flow bi-directional, allowing Property or Contact to be selected first, with the other list auto-filtered accordingly.
