🎉 Haletale Release 1.3.7: Application Management & Referral Enhancements
🤖 Updated Chatbot:
The chatbot has been revamped for an improved user experience in Haletale.
📋 New All Application Page:
Sort & Filter: You can now sort and filter applications by move-in and move-out dates for easier management.
Delete Requests: A new feature allows users to delete requests directly from the All Application Page.
💰 Cleaning Fee & Security Deposit:
Introduced options for adding cleaning fees and security deposits during property management.
🏠 Property Type Update:
Home Page: The "House Type" field has been updated to "Property Type" for consistency across the platform.
📱 Responsive Design:
Fixed the text for "Share with Homeowner" to be more responsive on buttons.
📑 Document Management:
Re-sharing Documents: Users now have the ability to re-share documents previously shared.
👤 Profile Enhancements:
Dynamic Role Titles: Fixed dynamic role titles in the profile to avoid static references like "renter."
Role Display: Corrected issues where the role was shown incorrectly or missing in the profile.
📝 Individual Application Page:
Property & Room Change: You can now change the property and room directly from the individual application page.
Notes & Tasks: Added the ability to add notes and assign/remove tasks for applicants.
Call & Email: Users can now initiate calls and send customized emails directly from the application page.
Timeline Updates: The timeline now includes changes to property, room, move-out dates, and co-applicant additions or deletions.
🎉 Referral Program Updates:
Welcome Email: Users signing up via referral now receive a welcome email, including the referral link.
Referral Terms & FAQ: Added a section for referral terms and conditions, which users can view after signing up or signing in.
🔧 Task Editing:
Fixed an issue where users were unable to edit already created tasks in the system.
