🎉 Haletale Release 1.3.5: Invoice Management and Contractor Enhancements
🏡 Contractor Favorite Properties:
Contractors can now assign favorite properties to their profiles. When sharing maintenance requests, they will be able to view those properties marked as favorites, improving efficiency in property management.
📑 Invoice Management Enhancements:
Add More Items: The ability to add more line items to invoices for more flexibility.
Tax for Line Items: Taxes can now be applied to each individual line item for better accuracy in billing.
Recurring Invoice Design: Fixed the issue with recurring invoices not allowing additional line items.
Invoice Design Overhaul: Improved the overall design and user experience for invoices, addressing confusion and streamlining the process.
Top Category Handling: Improved the handling of top categories when multiple items are present in an invoice.
Dynamic Totals: Total amounts are now only displayed when a tab is selected. The following tabs will display their respective amounts:
Upcoming: Total Upcoming Amount
Due: Total Due Amount
Received: Total Received Amount
In Review: Total In Review Amount
Due Amount Column: A new column for due amounts has been added in the due tab for clearer tracking.
Partial Payment Status: Introduced a new invoice status, "Partially Received" or "Partially Due," for invoices that are partially completed.
Dual Visibility: A partially received or due invoice will show up in both the Due and Received tabs.
Partial Payment Indicator: When trying to complete a balance for a partially received invoice, users will now be required to select the partial payment checkbox.
Update Due/Received Amounts: For invoices marked as partially received, the due and received amounts will automatically update.
Payment Dates: All payment dates will be displayed when an invoice is partially paid, with an option to see the balance remaining in a pop-up.
📱 Renter Application Mobile Verification:
Fixed an issue where mobile verification was disabled but still prompted users for verification. Now, when mobile verification is disabled, users will only be asked to enter their phone number without verification.
This release focuses on enhancing invoice management with clearer categories and more flexibility, while also improving contractor experience by enabling favorite properties. 🛠
