🏘️ Invite Renter Enhancements:
Unselect/Delete Row: Users can now unselect or delete a specific row after adding renters through the multi-approach, giving more control.
Mandatory Fields: Mandatory fields are now displayed properly in the multi-renter approach to ensure required information is captured.
Lease Type Information: Added fixed and month-to-month lease type info, providing more lease options.
Move-Out Date Fix: Removed the move-out date as a mandatory field. Now, the move-out date is only required for fixed lease types; otherwise, it can remain empty.
First Rent Due Date Update: Renamed the "First Rent Due Date" to "Rent Due Date" and added an info button for hover details for clarity.
Loader for Multi-Tenant Approach: Added a loader when multiple tenants are uploaded in the multi-tenant approach to ensure the user knows the system is processing the request.
Move-Out Date Removal from Template: Removed the move-out date from the template in the multi-tenant approach for a cleaner interface.

Contractor Role Display: In the maintenance request section, contractors' roles (e.g., plumber) are now displayed next to their name, improving clarity. Contact details are shown as "Name - Type of Service" and are only displayed if content exists in "Type of Service."
Contractors Above Homeowners: Contractors are now displayed above homeowners in the maintenance request section for better visibility.
Property Search: Reintroduced property search in maintenance requests, making it easier to find and associate a property.
💰 Renter Application Improvements:
Generate Payments Together: Added the ability to generate both first and last month’s payments together in the renter application process.
Control Due Dates: Users can now control the due dates for first and last month’s payments for better scheduling.
Invoice Item Addition: Added the ability to include more items in invoices, offering flexibility in billing.
🏠 Add Property Enhancements:
Cleaned Additional Info Page: Simplified the additional info page for a cleaner and more user-friendly layout.
Book Now and Pay Later Setup: Added guidance on how to set up the "Book Now and Pay Later" section for property listings, improving payment options.
🛠️ Task Owner Issue: Fixed the issue where no task owner could be found, even though the assignee was present. Now, task ownership is properly displayed in the tasks section.
