Introducing a flexible new way to manage property-level fees and generate homeowner invoices:

• New Management Fees Page for centralized tracking

• Standard Fee Settings: Define a default management fee in Settings

• Property-Level Overrides: Set custom fees per property via the 3-dot menu in All Properties

• Step 1: History Table now displays month-by-month fee progress

• Added Filters in Step 1:

  • By Listing Owner

  • By Property Status

• Step 2: Invoice Creation: Ability to generate invoices against assigned homeowners

• Improved design and usability

• Smart Date Selection Logic

• On Move-in date selection:

  • The system automatically selects the earliest valid Move-out date based on rules like min_stay, month_end_date_only.

  • All dates before the selected Move-in and after the first unavailable date are automatically blocked.

• On Move-in date reselection:

  • Move-out options are recalculated.

  • Invalid Move-out dates are grayed out with informative tooltips.

📐 UI Refinements:

• More whitespace between Guarantees in mobile

• Room cards now occupy full available width
