We’re back with another round of updates and improvements to make your experience even smoother! 🚀 Version 1.7.1 includes UX enhancements, powerful rule updates, important bug fixes, and smarter handling of data across the platform.
Dynamic Currency Symbol: Currency symbols in notifications now reflect the correct setting.
Better Address Handling: Property addresses in notifications now include unit numbers for clarity.
Show City Only: The Add Listing page now displays “City” instead of “Street, City”.
Footer Logo Color Fix: Ensured the logo color in Preview matches Live mode.
New Admin Alert: Admins now receive a notification when a property is added to a wishlist.
Improved Edit Behavior:
Editing Outstanding Transactions now redirects to the View Invoice page.
Editing income created against an invoice also redirects to the View Invoice page.
Multiple Line Invoices: Fixed number inputs from unintentionally changing due to mouse scrolling.
Clearer Invoice Text: Clarified text to better indicate whether you're creating or editing an invoice.
All Tab Added: New “All” tab in the Transactions page for easier access and overview.
Standardized Defaults: Consistent default values in customization while adding listings.
Reports like Homeowner, Renter, and Profit & Loss now display the correct category, even for split transactions – no more misleading “Miscellaneous” labels.
Transaction Import:
Removed the auto-assignment of a default transaction type.
Removed auto-assignment of the current user as a contact when no contact is provided.
Better Contact Handling:
Added a Contacts column to the transaction table.
Added Contact fields to all income types – including property-based, homeowner-based, and general income.
Fixed issue where approved tenant applications (without payment) were not showing under properties.
Now, the application does appear, and an additional note will be displayed if payments are pending.
Fixed issue where users couldn't change the Payment Account for expenses tied to paid invoice transactions.
Fixed multiple invoice completion notifications for Zum Rails.
Decimal points are now preserved correctly when uploading accounting statements.
Resolved issue where currency always showed CAD during tenant move-outs under the due invoices tab.
Fixed rounding errors during split expense creation against invoices.
