New Features

1. Improved Contact Notes

   • Added the ability to create and manage multiple notes for a user or contact, similar to Application Notes.

   • Added a timeline showing the note date and creator.

   • Added the ability to edit and delete notes.

   • Added a new Notes tab in Contacts.

New Improvements

1. Fixed an issue where payments could not be recorded, edited, or deleted when an invoice had dependent integration payments.

2. Emergency Banner for Maintenance

   • Added an Emergency Banner to the Maintenance modal.

   • Listing owners can now set the title and message displayed on the banner.

3. Added an Image/Attachment Lightbox Viewer across Profiles, Application Info, Payments, Expenses, Invoices, and other relevant areas.

4. Made the Copy row in the Change Status of Multiple Invoices modal column-selective.

5. Added a Select All option, allowing users to select items across multiple pages.

6. Restricted edit access to the lower section of Edit Expense when the expense is associated with a ZUM Rails payout.

7. Excluded transfers from the financial graph on the dashboard.

8. Removed the default filter from the Rent Increase page when navigating from the Rent Increase graph on the dashboard.

9. Improved Navigation

   • Stopped forcing navigation actions to open new browser tabs.

   • Converted navigation elements to standard anchor links, allowing users to use Ctrl+Click, middle-click, or right-click to open links in a new tab.

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed an issue where invoices associated with a building were not appearing under the building group in the Outstanding Balance Report.
