New Improvements

1. Added an All option to the property dropdown in the Profit & Loss Report and Balance Sheet.

2. Fixed an issue where the default account was not appearing during bulk invoice updates.

3. Linked ZUM Rails transactions with expenses created for rent payouts.

4. Removed the install app banner.

5. Renamed Quick Buttons to Quick Actions in Dashboard.

6. Added Add Bill to Quick Actions.

7. Fixed an issue where contact information was missing from expense transactions in CSV exports.

8. Fixed an issue where payment methods were missing for expenses created through ZUM Rails.
