Homeowner Report Improvements

• Added a NOTES column to both Overview and Detailed Income/Expense tables.

• Updated amount formatting for better readability.

• Income and expense notes are now editable directly from the report.

• Added the ability to edit the date range and refetch report data after report creation.

• Fixed an issue where delisted and pending properties were appearing in reports.

• While adding income/expense, removed the intermediate question popup — the Add Income/Expense modal now opens directly.

• Added missing fields in the Add Income/Expense popup.

• Renamed Actions column to Attachments.

• Added sorting support for all columns in both Overview and Detailed financial sections.

• Removed Show General Income/Expense option.

• Added Report Summary fields for better financial insights.

• Enabled the ability to move the Income and Expense popup freely on the screen.

• Improved PDF formatting with continuous section layout for better readability.

• Added a new “By Homeowner” filter to filter report history.
