A brand-new Rent Payout Page has been added to simplify and streamline rent management.

How it works 3 simple steps:

1. Select Month – Choose the month you’d like to view rent payouts for.

2. Create Transactions – Select the rows to generate payout transactions.

3. Finish – Review created transactions or head directly to the transactions page.

📊 History & Filters in Step 1

• Added a History Table to track month-by-month progress.

• You can now list a property for sale directly.

• Just enable it under Settings to get started.

• Fixed the “Add a new category” button so it no longer overlaps with dropdown options in the transactions table.
