Added a blinking cursor for the description field in the payment account section to indicate it's editable.
Removed "Generate Payment Request" in the general income type.
Adjusted the "Paid By" field to be controlled based on user access and updated the profit and loss report accordingly.

👥 Ability to Not Select Certain Renters: Fixed the issue where it wasn't possible to avoid selecting certain renters when managing renter details.
💸 Income and Expense Issue with Past Renters: Fixed an issue where it was not possible to select a renter from the past while creating income or expenses.
⏳ Renter Application Loading Time: Reduced the loading time for renter applications, improving performance.
