π Haletale Release 1.3.1: New Features, Improvements & Bug Fixes
Multi-select Properties, Tenants, and Categories in Invoice Filter: You can now multi-select properties, tenants, and categories when applying invoice filters for easier management.
π Show Total Amounts in Invoices: The total amounts in invoices will now update based on the filters applied, giving a more dynamic and accurate view of the data.
π¨ Updated Colors in Statuses: Status colors have been updated according to a standard color code for better visual consistency.
π Improved User Experience for Sorting in Invoices: Sorting in the invoices section has been enhanced to make it more intuitive, and now other sorts are clearly understood.
π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ Show Co-applicants Along with Renters in Renter Report: Co-applicants are now displayed alongside renters in the renter report for better clarity.
π Move Entire Home to Left and Coliving to Right (Add Property): In the "Add Property" section, the entire home option has been moved to the left, and coliving has been moved to the right for better organization.
πΈ Expense Improvements:
Added an info button for billing date, payment date, and payment account.
Payment date is now not mandatory. Payment account is mandatory only if a payment date is entered.
Income and expense categories now align so that every expense category has a corresponding invoice/income category. This is also reflected in the sheet, with explanations for each expense category.
π€ User-Based Account Filtering: Depending on the type of account (Homeowner, Property Manager, Realtor, or Admin), the applicable users and liabilities are now displayed. For example:
For homeowner accounts, only homeowner and renter are shown.
For property manager accounts, PM, homeowner, and renter are displayed.
For realtor accounts, Realtor, homeowner, and renter are shown.
For admin accounts, Admin, PM, Realtor, renter, and homeowner are visible.
π Paid By Field Controlled Based on Access: The "Paid By" field is now controlled according to the user's access level.
π§Ύ Generate Invoice Based on Liability: If the liability is anyone other than the expense creator (e.g., homeowner for a PM-created expense), a "Generate Invoice" option will be available.
π Change 'Generate Payment Request' to 'Generate Invoice': The "Generate Payment Request" has been renamed to "Generate Invoice" for better clarity.
π³ Fixed Tooltip for Stripe in Payout Details: Fixed an issue with the tooltip in payout details for Stripe, making it more informative.
π Task Improvement - Show Assigned Property in Column View: The assigned property is now visible in the task's column view for better tracking.

π Reports Improvements:
Ability to not select a maintenance request.
Ability to not select a particular transaction in the financials, and this will reflect in the total.
The rent increase popup no longer requires scrolling. The confirmation button now appears on the same screen.
πͺ Removed Cookies from White-Label Products: Cookies have been removed from white-label products for a cleaner, more streamlined user experience.
π‘ Minimum Stay Missing for Entire Home (Add Property): Fixed the issue where the minimum stay requirement was missing for the "Entire Home" option in the "Add Property" section.
π Removed Minimum Date Validation in Due Date for Invoice Creation and Updating: The minimum date validation for due dates during invoice creation and updating has been removed to allow more flexibility.
