🚀This release is loaded with power features: improved filters, smart chat tools, guest fee settings, and a cleaner, faster interface — all designed to help you work smarter.

🏠 Homepage & Filter Enhancements

We’ve supercharged the homepage and filters for a smoother, more precise search experience:

  • Introduced modal-based filters for both the main listing filter panel and individual filters — creating a more intuitive, mobile-friendly, and focused user experience.

  • 🆕 What’s New in Filters:

    • Budget Filter

    • Move-in Date Filter

    • Move-out Date Filter (can be activated by admin under Home Screen Customization)

    • Property Type Filter

    • Listing Type Filter

    • Bedrooms Filter

    • Bathrooms Filter

    • Occupants Filter

  • 🔗 URL updates with filters applied, so users can share filtered property links

  • Added an “close button (X)” to remove searched location

  • 🔢 Displayed the number of filters applied clearly

  • 📄 Tenant Report and Profit & Loss Report will now open with the filters expanded by default for quicker access


💬 Messages & Chat System Upgrades

Admin & Chat Controls

  • 🔒 Admins can now view read-only chats across all users

  • 🧍 Clicking a user name in direct chat now opens a popup with contact info

  • 👥 Clicking a group name now opens a popup showing participants, with read-only tags for direct chat participants

  • 🏷️ New Chat Tags & Filters:

    • Tags: Read Only, Property, Building

    • Filters: All, Unread, Property, Building, Read Only

  • 📚 Pagination:

    • Loads 10 chats at a time

    • Loads 20 messages per chat page — improving performance and UX


⏱️ OTP Improvements

  • A Resend OTP Timer has been added to prevent accidental multiple sends and enhance verification flow.


💼 Guest Service Fee Control

  • Admins can now set a Guest Service Fee

  • If allowed in settings, the fee can be overridden per property

  • Offers flexibility for pricing strategies per listing


🏘️ Permissions Update

  • For assigned homeowners, the “Edit Property” option in the 3-dot menu is now hidden to maintain role-based control.
