We’ve added support for links with applied filters to make sharing listings easier and more targeted:
Payment Account in CSV Export: Downloaded invoice CSVs now include payment account details.
Edit Start Date in Recurring Invoices: You can now modify the start date of recurring invoices.
When rapidly switching filters or tabs, the transaction page now waits and loads only the final selection to avoid flickering and unnecessary reloads.
Added an explanation tooltip in the transactions page to clarify why some expenses don’t have dates.
You can now set a custom cover image for individual rooms in your listings.
PDF Template Enhancements:
Added signing order – Person 1 signs first, then Person 2 receives the request.
Use PDF templates as default templates when approving tenant applications.
Tooltip added in Documents Table to help view all associated contacts when more than one is linked to a document.
Added month selector in the date range dropdown.
Fixed: Clicking the “View Report” button in emails now correctly redirects to the Documents page instead of the Homeowner Report.
Fixed: The Save button no longer kicks users out of the report.
Fixed: Additional attachments now appear in preview mode, not just when generating the report.
Added clear helper text explaining why a contact is required when using “Generate” or “Generate & Share”.
Added Property-Based Filtering in the history section.
Added a new Date Range Column for better tracking and filtering.
🛠️ Homepage Search Results: Fixed issue where search results weren’t displaying correctly.
