🔒 Archive Functionality

• Task Archiving for Tenants – Easily archive tenant tasks to keep workflows uncluttered and organized.

• Maintenance Archiving for Tenants – Archive completed or inactive maintenance items to maintain a clean maintenance log.

📥 Bulk Upload Enhancements

Property Bulk Upload – Quickly upload multiple properties at once for faster onboarding.

Tenant Bulk Upload – Seamless import of tenant data at scale with improved validation.

📊 Rent Roll Report

• Introduced a comprehensive Rent Roll Report to help property managers get quick insights into tenant payments, balances, and rent-related metrics.

• Customization Feature: Hide columns as per the requirement

🌟 Improvements & Enhancements

🧭 Onboarding & User Experience

• Added a dedicated “Add Property” modal on first login for homeowners and property managers, ensuring a smoother onboarding.

• Introduced a new Settings page with key resources, links, and embedded iframes for easier navigation.

📄 DocuSeal / PDF Templates Enhancements

• Added the ability to duplicate templates for faster document creation.

• Fixed issue where template tabs reset on refresh, ensuring tab persistence.

• Introduced three new output options after generating a document:

  • Share via email

  • Share via link

  • Download as PDF

• Users can now name documents before and after creation, enabling better organization.

• Added support to change the document type of a template.

• Renamed My Templates → Text Templates for clarity.

• Swapped the order of PDF Templates and Text Templates for improved UX hierarchy.

• Added row click actions:

  • Documents → opens the signing modal

  • PDF templates → navigates directly to the edit page

🏡 Property & Management Improvements

• Added an #id reference tag in the Property Details Modal and improved styling for better readability.

• Management Fee & Rent Payout pages are now sorted by property address for faster lookup.

• Fixed incorrect Back button behavior in Management Fee Report pages.

• Added helpful i-icons and subtitles in the Fees section of Settings for better guidance.

🔍 Search & Form Improvements

• Property search selectors now auto-focus on open, improving speed of selection.

• Enhanced warnings and CTAs when inviting a single renter, especially when conflicting data exists—reducing onboarding errors.
