Payment & Billing Improvements

• Fixed the missing default account when making a payment against a bill

• Added the ability to record payments using Owner Contribution

• Added the ability to clear the entire balance in Rent Payouts

• Improved payment handling and validation when recording payments

Management Fee Improvements

• Added Management Fee Total and Tax Total

• Improved Management Fee Report PDF generation:

  • Each account table is now displayed on a separate page

  • Added an indication of whether the amount is charged from the owner
