Added a Due Date field to maintenance requests.
Made private notes identifiable in request history with a “Private Note Added” label.
Updated note dialogs to use the correct heading, field label, and confirmation text for Work Instructions and Contractor Notes.
Made note fields fully clickable so clicking anywhere in the note box focuses the cursor. This applies to:
Status notes
Edit notes
Work Instruction notes
Contractor notes
Separated Listing Homeowner and Assigned Homeowner into distinct sections in Contacts.
Improved the request history UI:
Reduced attachment thumbnail sizes
Removed the redundant Attachments heading
Shortened repeated visibility captions
Added more spacing between sections
Improved empty-state messaging
Added a divider before Request History
Assigned contractors now receive the Maintenance PDF as an email attachment.
Contractors can no longer edit Work Instructions. They can only add Contractor Notes and update request status.
Associated contacts are now read-only. They cannot:
Change status or priority
Update the due date
Assign a vendor
Edit the maintenance request
Add or edit notes
Edit individual history entries
Tenants can no longer see landlord/owner details on maintenance requests. The reporter panel is completely hidden from tenants.
Removed the Due Date field from the tenant maintenance request form. Staff users are unaffected.
Fixed Consent to Enter incorrectly being enabled or saved as true when it was unchecked.
Fixed Print PDF displaying “No Name / OWNER” when a maintenance request had no requester. The reporter section is now omitted in this case.
Fixed the tenant who reported a maintenance request not appearing in the Contacts panel.
Fixed “Hide this note from the tenant” being unavailable unless the request status was changed.
