Added a new setting to control how the next rent increase date is calculated for tenants who move in mid-month
For tenants with a move-in date less than 12 months ago, the Last Rent Increase date is now automatically set to the move-in date. Existing Last Rent Increase values will not be overwritten.
Selecting a primary recurring invoice now automatically updates the application rent amount
Changes made to a primary recurring invoice now automatically reflect in the application rent amount
Improved the UI of the Rent Increase Reminder card on the dashboard
Added sorting by priority
Added priority indicators beside application statuses to highlight pending actions
Removed the move-in date restriction as the minimum invoice due date when approving an application
