Reports that work smarter, dashboards that say more

🚀 What's New

• Payload integration: You can now connect with Payload for US workflows, unlocking smoother data sync and integrations where it matters.

⚡ Improved

Renter Report

• You can now see due dates directly in the report for better payment tracking.

• Collapsed view is cleaner — removed paid date and status to reduce noise.

• Tenants with no activity in the selected period are no longer shown, so results stay relevant.

• You can now sort by property address, making large datasets easier to navigate.

• Amounts are now clickable and take you straight to the invoice tab for quick access.

Dashboard

• Property cards now show a “Not Available” section when data is missing — no more guessing.

• Added a coliving summary card for a clearer snapshot of shared living setups.

• Co-applicant counts now only include active applications, keeping numbers accurate.

All Properties

• Added a listing type filter so you can narrow down results faster.

PDF Templates

• Moved the document name input below the header in “Use Template” for a more natural flow.

🐛 Fixed

• Documents weren’t sending when no submitters were in “awaiting” status. That edge case is now handled properly.
