⚡ Improved

• Clearing property filters now actually resets everything at All Properties page. Previously, it only removed selected IDs—now it fully clears the filter state.

• Homeowner Report:

  • Its more reliable and complete, with improved accuracy across counts and summaries.

  • Added sales tax support in the Add Income/Expense flow, so totals reflect real-world numbers.

  • Reports now include Tax and Amount (incl. tax) columns for better financial clarity.

  • PDF reports now show separate totals for every numeric column—no more manual calculations.

  • Renter tables now include a co-applicant column, giving a fuller picture at a glance.

🐛 Fixed

• Homeowner Report:

  • Building and property counts in the pre-report popup were incorrect. They now reflect the right numbers.

  • Rent paid out was missing from the summary report. It’s back where it belongs.

  • Some income/expense rows showed “undefined” categories. That’s been cleaned up.

  • Archived categories were showing up in the expense dropdown. They no longer do.

  • Clicking a newly added transaction sometimes took you to the wrong place. Navigation now behaves correctly.
