• Homeowner report: Added property status selection for more flexible filtering.

• Transaction flow cleanup: Removed the “General” category when adding a new transaction, and you can now change the type even for individual properties.

• Contacts dropdown logic: For homeowner-based flows, you’ll now only see listing owners, assigned homeowners, and any explicitly selected homeowners — making selection faster and less cluttered.

• PDF report enhancements:

  • Co-applicants now counted separately under active tenants

  • Added occupied vs vacant property counts

  • Properties grouped under their respective buildings

• Property settings: Added rate type visibility and default value, with the ability to change rate type for residential and storage properties.

• Mobile experience: Fixed CTAs getting hidden under the navbar in bookings and applications.

• Customization: You can now add an email display name.

• Property data consistency: Fixed property values not updating correctly in:
