✨ New Improvements

Homeowner Report Improvements

• Added sorting by Street Address and Street Number (ascending/descending) for the Address column.

• Updated PDF layout so each section starts on a new page.

• Fixed an issue where the property count was incorrect when a building was manually added.

Rent Roll Improvements

• Added sorting by Street Address and Street Number (ascending/descending) for the Address column.

• Fixed an issue where tenants continued to appear even after moving out.

Documents Improvements

• Improved agreement count data on the dashboard.

• Renamed Agreements to Documents on the Admin and Homeowner dashboards.

• Fixed an issue where the status was not updating to “In Review” immediately after Stripe ACH or EFT payments.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Fixed group chat creation by adding a begin-rescue block per property, ensuring chats are created for other properties even if one fails.
