👥 Contacts 3.0

• Introduced a single-page contact overview bringing all related information into one place

• View and manage properties, applications, documents, maintenance, tasks, invoices, and activity without navigating away

• Each section now includes an Actions dropdown, allowing quick operations directly from the contact page

• properties, applications, documents, maintenance, tasks and invoices can now be modified and created directly from the contact, eliminating the need to switch between modules

• Added Send Custom Email option directly from the contact profile

• Updated User and Contact view/edit flows with a modern drawer slider, allowing seamless interaction without leaving the current context

• Improved overall UI and layout to reduce tab switching—everything is now accessible within Contacts

🛠️Maintenance Improvements

Made the maintenance request flow bi-directional, allowing Property or Contact to be selected first, with the other list auto-filtered accordingly.

💳 Payments & Integrations

• Added service charges for SEPA, PADs, and ACH payments via Stripe

• Improved QuickBooks integration and data handling

• Updated monthly rent calculation to use invoice amount as the source of truth

🏢 Property & Search Improvements

• Improved property search criteria to return results even when differences include special characters (e.g., commas)

• Fixed issue where net profit showed excessive decimal values in the homeowner report

• Updated fallback display name in My Staff to show “Unnamed” when details are missing

💼 Management Fee Improvements

• Display management fees for sub-properties in a visually distinct grey section

• Added sorting functionality within tables, including:

  • Sort by property address

  • Sort by homeowner name

• Disabled building-level management fee generation when fees are already generated for all underlying properties
