🔧 Maintenance, Documents & Tasks

• Added Filter by Contact in the Maintenance module

• Added Filter by Contact in the Documents page

• Added ability to create Tasks, Maintenance, and Documents at the Building level

👥 Applications & Tenants

• Sorted Tenants list alphabetically in the Applications filter

📊 Reports & Financials

• Fixed building-level expenses not appearing in the Rent Roll report

• Added 10-day and 14-day due date options for recurring invoices

• Management Fees improvements, including:

  • Fixed incorrect property count in the status bar

  • Fixed status bar not including all properties under a building when management fees are generated at the building level

  • Fixed not showing the actual generated amount when a management fee already exists for a property

🔐 Accounts & Authentication

• Improvements to multiple accounts with the same email / phone number

• Improved login and account switching UI

• Fixed “Create Password” being shown even when an account with a password already exists
